Responsibilities:

• Teach EMS fitness techniques to clients
• Evaluate individual capabilities and training needs
• Demonstrate activity techniques and proper equipment use 
• Conduct studio tours to guests and potential members
• Connect with client base to preserve client retention
• Stay up to date on company pricing and promotions
• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide a high level of customer service to all members and prospective members
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with other staff members 
• Understand, believe in, and uphold Pulse Performance mission, vision, values, and service culture
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher
• Fitness enthusiast or background
• A Fitness story or journey appreciated
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
• Ability to perform/demonstrate exercises and movements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Passion for health and fitness
• Eager to help and support clients on their journey to a healthy, happy life
• Satisfactory background and reference checks

• Annual range of $35000-$45000
• Hourly plus commissions

Responsibilities:

• Execute the sales process for new memberships and beneficial product sales
• Conduct studio tours to guests and potential members
• Have a passion for selling and exceeding sales goals
• Stay up to date on company pricing and promotions
• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
• Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
• Setting up clients with EMS suit, conducting EMS Introductory Sessions and operating other equipment
• Book, confirm and check out clients
• All other duties as assigned
